Adult Softball Tournament

Grab your glove and step onto the field for one of the most popular events of the Games. The Softball Tournament features four divisions — Men’s, Men’s 40+, Women’s, and Coed — offering competitive play for a variety of teams and skill levels. Whether you’re building a powerhouse roster or just rounding up your crew, it’s time to hit the field and go after medals.

PLAY ELIGIBILITY

  • All players must have ID on them at the sport facilities for roster checks. If a player does not have ID available, they will not be allowed to play.

  • Eligibility and IDs will be strictly enforced throughout the tournament.

REGISTRATION

  • Team Sports Registration Deadline:
    Mon. 6/29/26
    Note: We only need one person from the team to register by this date (i.e. coach), so that we can build the brackets.
  • Guaranteed Shirt Deadline:
    Mon. 7/6/26
    Registrants after this date will select from the available shirts, on a first come, first serve basis at check-in.

  • Late Registration begins:
    Mon. 7/20/26
    Registration on and after this date will increase by $10.

MEN'S OPEN

Men’s Open Schedule

  • Coaches’ Meeting: Wednesday @ 8 p.m.
  • Play to start approximately at 9 p.m.

 

Top 2 Teams from each Men’s Open Pool will be seeded into a 6 Team “A” Flight Double Elimination Bracket.

    • Teams will be seeded 1-6 based on record and run differential, if tied, the tie breaker will be total runs allowed.

The bottom teams from each Men’s Open Pool (3 teams) will advance to the 7 Team “B” Flight Double Elimination Bracket (Includes 4 Men’s Over 40 Teams).

    • The 7 Teams will be seeded 1-7 based

Roster

  • 24 players max.

This will be an Onyx Bat provided tournament sponsored by Onyx/Elite Sports.

    • Players may use their own bats in the batting cages but will not be permitted to use them during the tournament. 
    • Any Coaches or players who are caught removing the tournament bats from the respective field of play will be ejected from the tournament.
  • It is a softball provided tournament.
    • Any Coaches or players who are caught taking tournament softballs will be ejected from the tournament.

MEN'S 40+

Men’s 40+ Schedule

  • Coaches’ Meeting: Wednesday @ 5 p.m.
  • Play to start approximately at 6 p.m.

Pool play game will begin on Day 1. 

    • Teams will then be seeded into the single elimination bracket based on record and run differential. 

Bracket play will begin on Day 2.

    • After the conclusion of the single elimination bracket, those teams wishing to continue to play will be seeded into the B-Flight double elimination bracketed based off their finish in the single elimination Over 40 bracket.

 

Roster

  • 24 players max.
  • This will be an Onyx Bat provided tournament sponsored by Onyx/Elite Sports.

    • Players may use their own bats in the batting cages but will not be permitted to use them during the tournament
    • It is a softball provided tournament. 

      • Any Coaches or players who are caught taking tournament softballs will be ejected from the tournament.

    • Guiding Body – USSSA Modified Senior Rules.

CO-ED Schedule

  • Coaches’ Meeting: Wednesday @ 5 p.m.
  • Play to start approximately at 6 p.m.
 
  • Pool play game will begin on Day 1.
    • Round Robin play with teams seeded into elimination brackets.
    •  Teams will then be seeded into the double elimination bracket based on record and run differential. 
  • Bracket games will begin on Day 2.

Roster

  • 24 players max.
  • A team is expected to field ten players for each game. Five players must be male and five female. The batting order is required to alternate between male and female hitters.
  • 11″ ball will be used.

This will be an Onyx Bat provided tournament sponsored by Onyx/Elite Sports.

  • Players may use their own bats in the batting cages but will not be permitted to use them during the tournament. 
  • Any Coaches or players who are caught removing the tournament bats from the respective field of play will be ejected from the tournament.
  • It is a softball provided tournament.
  • Any Coaches or players who are caught taking tournament softballs will be ejected from the tournament.

Women’s Open Schedule

  • Play to start approximately at 9 p.m.

 

  • 11″ ball will be used.
  • Pool play games begin on Day 1, followed by round-robin play.
    • Teams will be seeded into a double-elimination bracket based on their record and run differential.
  • Bracket play begins on Day 2.
