Monday 8/1 – Setup

8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

 

Tuesday 8/2

8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

 

Wednesday 8/3

8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

 

Thursday 8/4

8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

 

Friday 8/5 – Strike

8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

VENDOR BOOTH REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Thank. you for your interest in participating as a vendor during the Nevada Police & Fire Games. The Vendor Booth Package includes tables, chairs, and electrical set up. Vendor Booths will be located at Registration in the French Quarter of The Orleans Hotel and Casino from August 2 through August 5.

 

Wednesday and Thursday will have a majority of the foot traffic. Friday has historically been the slowest day and is used for strike. We anticipate approximately 1700 participants this year.

 

Complete the Vendor Registration Form below. Once approved, we will contact you to submit payment. Forms of payment include: American Express, Checks, Discover, MasterCard, PayPal, or Visa.

 

If payment is received prior to July 1st, your company logo will be placed on our giveaway t-shirt that is provided to each participant. 

NON-PROFIT CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS

Vendors fees will be waived for qualified non-profit organizations. Proof of your 501(c)3 status will need to be submitted.
