Refund Policy

All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via email or using the form below. If you email the refund request, please include your name, mailing address, the event(s) you are registered for, and the reason for the refund request.

Requests Received on or Before July 1

All refund requests dated up to and including July 1 will be honored and processed within two weeks of receipt minus the administrative fee.

Requests Received on or After July 2

Refund requests dated after July 2 and later will be presented to the Board of Directors for approval at their first meeting following the games. If the refund request is approved the refund will be processed minus the registration fee.

Golf Exception

Golf refund requests will be honored up to June 27 due to guaranteed player counts needed by the golf courses prior to date of play. For requests dated after and leading up to the event – golfers will be held responsible for green and other associated fees. The only money that could possibly be refunded would be non-green fee money and will be handled on a case by case basis with the coordinator.
