SPONSORSHIPS

The Nevada Police & Fire Games offers several Sponsorship Packages.

Silver and Above Sponsors who register by June 30th will have their logo included on the participants’ t-shirts.

Complete the Sponsor Registration Form below. Once approved, we will contact you regarding the details of your sponsorship. This includes:

submitting a logo (preferably in vector format)
submitting payment (forms of payment include American Express, Checks, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa and checks made payable to Nevada Police & Fire Games)
coordination of promotional materials

Includes:

Promotional Materials: Placement of your business promotional materials that you provide in the participant welcome bags (approximately 1,000-1,500 pieces)
Website Marketing: Placement of your business logo and link for 1 year on the home page and Sponsors and Vendors page.

Includes:

Bronze Sponsorship Level
Brand Opportunities: Placement of your business logo on this year’s promotional t-shirt
Email Marketing: Placement of your business logo on NPAF’s email marketing campaigns promoting this year’s games

Includes:

Silver Level Sponsorship
Social Media Marketing: One post dedicated for your business initiatives on the NPAF’s Social Media Outlets (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)

Includes:

Gold Level Sponsorship
Networking Opportunity: Get in front of all the participants to promote your business with a vendor booth/table registration located at the host hotel (detailed information on the Vendors Info Page). Limited to the first (3) Sponsors.

Includes:

Platinum Level Sponsorship
Website Marketing: Prominent placement of the business logo and link as the Presenting Sponsor on the NPAF Website Home Page for 1 year.
Custom Offer Promotion: Ability to provide a special discount or exclusive offer to participants, highlighted on the NPAF website and email marketing to all registered participants.

*Sport specific sponsorships are also available. This includes signage and on-site networking opportunities at each of the sporting events.

The Nevada Police & Fire Games also accepts in-kind donations for many of its sporting events and at the registration booth. This includes:

Prize Donations
Food & Beverage Donations (for sporting events and at registration for the volunteers)
