Darts Competition Overview

Open to players of all experience levels, the tournament is designed to be competitive, fun, and welcoming for first-time participants and seasoned league players alike. The Darts competition features both singles and mixed doubles events, and players may choose to compete on one day or both days.

Format & Rules

Rules Review

The tournament coordinator will review the official rules prior to the start of each tournament.

Tournament Format

All darts competitions will be played in a double-elimination format and divided into A and B brackets.

Bracket Definitions

A Bracket: Intended for experienced players, including those currently participating in league play (soft tip or steel tip).
B Bracket: Designed for novice players, first-time competitors, or those who play recreationally only a few times per year.

Scoring & Match Decisions

The scorer (chalker) is responsible for calling the game.
All scoring decisions made by the chalker are final.

DART TYPE

Steel tip darts only.

PLAY ELIGIBILITY

All players must have ID on them at the sport facilities for roster checks. If a player does not have ID available, they will not be allowed to play.
Eligibility and IDs will be strictly enforced throughout the tournament.

REGISTRATION

Team Sports Registration Deadline:
Mon. 6/29/26
Note: We only need one person from the team to register by this date (i.e. coach), so that we can build the brackets.
Guaranteed Shirt Deadline:
Mon. 7/6/26
Registrants after this date will select from the available shirts, on a first come, first serve basis at check-in.
Late Registration begins:
Mon. 7/20/26
Registration on and after this date will increase by $10.
