Golf Competition Overview
Open to golfers of all skill levels, the tournament features two days of individual stroke play followed by two days of team competition. Compete within handicap brackets, test your consistency over four rounds, and contend for gross and net medals.

- There are 2 comfort stations will be offered with unlimited complimentary non-alcoholic drinks and snacks.
Following the conclusion of play, join us for the event-ending banquet featuring a carving station and the presentation of medals.
Format & Rules
Tournament Format
- Days 1 and 2 will follow an individual stroke play format. Scores from both days will be combined to determine medal winners within designated handicap brackets.
Other Rules
- Higher handicap players (22+) must pick up their ball on any hole where they cannot score better than double par.
Medal Priority
- Players will receive the highest medal earned.
Example: If a player qualifies for a silver medal in gross but a gold medal in net, they will receive the gold medal. - If a player wins a medal for gross score in their handicap bracket, they cannot win a medal in the net division, and vice versa.
Tie Breaker Rule
- Ties will be decided by gross scores from Day 2, starting from the No. 1 handicap hole and continuing until a winner is determined.
- There will be no duplicate awards (e.g., only one silver medal will be awarded per placement, even if multiple players have the same score).
Bracket Definitions
- Handicap brackets may be adjusted based on the player pool but are expected to follow these groupings: 0-5, 6-9, 10-12, 13-15, 16-18, 19-21, 22-25, and 26+.
DAY 3 & 4 TEAM FORMAT & RULES
- Day 3: Two-person better ball format.
- Day 4: Two-person scramble format.
- Scores from both days will be combined to determine medal winners.
Handicap Calculation for Team Play:
- A team’s handicap will be calculated by adding both players’ individual handicaps and taking 25% of the total.
Flights & Medals:
- Teams will be placed into random flights, determined by the number of participating teams.
- Medals will be awarded in each flight for gross and net scores following the same priority rules as individual play.
- Tie-breakers will follow the same gross-score tiebreaker rule as individual play.
OTHER RULES
- No outside coolers are allowed on the golf courses.
PLAY ELIGIBILITY

All players must have ID on them at the sport facilities for roster checks. If a player does not have ID available, they will not be allowed to play.

Eligibility and IDs will be strictly enforced throughout the tournament.
