VENDOR BOOTH REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Thank you for your interest in showcasing your organization at the Nevada Police & Fire Games.

New for 2025!

With our exciting move to a new host hotel, we have limited vendor space and can accommodate only a select few businesses. To ensure a great experience for both vendors and participants, we are accepting interest form applications and will carefully review all submissions.

Standard Vendor Booth Package Includes:

• (1) 6′ table and (2) chairs
• Table located at Player Check-In at the host hotel with exposure to approximately 1,000-1,500 participants
• BONUS: Company logo/name printed on this year’s promotional t-shirt given to all participants

How to Apply:

1. Complete the Vendor Interest Form below by Sun. 6/29/25.
2. Our team will review all submissions and notify all applicants via email by Mon. 7/7/25.
3. Approved vendors will receive an invoice and must submit payment upon receipt.
   • Acceptable payment methods: American Express, Checks, Discover, MasterCard, PayPal, and Visa.

Special Opportunity for Non-Profit Charitable Organizations

NPAF will select one non-profit organization, from registered interest forms, to receive a complimentary vendor booth as a way to give back. If space allows, additional non-profits may also be invited to participate. Note: Proof of the organization’s 501(c)3 status will need to be submitted.
